Return & Refund Policy

At M.A.G.I.C. (Mystical Arts, Gems, Inspiration & Crafts), every item is carefully selected, handcrafted, packaged, and shipped with intention. We want you to be happy with your purchase and strive to provide excellent customer service.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital downloads
  • Printable products
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Special order products
  • Opened consumable items (herbs, oils, incense, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Crystals & Natural Materials

Many products contain natural crystals, stones, wood, herbs, or other natural materials.

Variations in:

  • Color
  • Shape
  • Size
  • Texture
  • Natural inclusions
  • Wood grain patterns

are normal and are not considered defects.

Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product photos.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund
  • Another appropriate resolution

Lost Packages

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered fulfilled.

If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will gladly assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing
  • Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins.

Once an order has entered production, customization, engraving, or shipping preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Metaphysical Products Disclaimer

Crystals, spell kits, ritual tools, tarot-related items, and other metaphysical products are sold for spiritual, educational, decorative, and entertainment purposes only.

Results are subjective and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued based on unmet expectations regarding spiritual or metaphysical outcomes.
